Start your collection today. The wren on a Dawn Chorus Wren 1/2 Pint Mug is a major chorister. This small brown bird pictured on our hand-decorated pottery bird mug has an amazingly high song – up to one full octave above the top note of a piano! That’s not the only thing this garden bird can achieve: a wren is able to use all the air in its lungs to produce two notes at the same time. If you’re up with the lark (and the wren), make tea in your new Emma Bridgewater mug, open the window and listen out for the wren’s rapid trill. Weighing at just around ten grams, the little wren can sing as loudly as birds that are ten times its size. In fact, you may not even need to open the window at all!
