
Dutch Pins are used by plasterers and bricklayers to temporarily hold wooden battens, profiles or feather edges in place. Also known as a spare man, extra man or masonry clamp, this simple tool is easy to use. Made from forged, hardened steel and galvanised for rust prevention. The pointed end of the shank can be hammered into plaster or cement brick/blockwork joints. The curved arm slides along the shank of the pin, jamming tight against the batten and locking it securely in place. To release, just tap the outer end of the curved arm.
