Carbon steel blade etched with easy read silver graduations in millimetres and figured in centimetres on one side and feet and inches in 1⁄16 inch graduations on the other. It has a quick release swivel connector and is supplied complete with an approx. 278g graduated brass weight. The lightweight anodised aluminium frame is fitted with a metal easy wind handle and an offset ergonomic plastic back handle for user comfort. Not suitable for food use.
