General description John Guest LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) tube is designed for a variety of applications, including pneumatics, cold, and intermittent hot water systems. It is made from non-contaminating materials, ensuring broad chemical compatibility and flexibility. The tube is color-coded for easy identification of service type and is both FDA and NSF certified. Technical specifications Material: Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Diameter: 12mm Maximum pressure: 10 bar @ 20°C Temperature resistance: Suitable for elevated temperatures up to 50°C Other information LLDPE is not recommended for use with mineral oils, gases, fuels, or high-pressure compressed air/pneumatic systems. For chemical compatibility, consult the Technical Service Department. Black pipe is UV stabilized and suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight.
