This tea is grown by a farmer named Mrs. LI on protected land. She grows her tea 300 meters above elevation. Its hand picked in the Longjing Zhejiang province on the shaded mountainside. Fed with spring water and grown in soil full of minerals and quartz. Mrs. Li truly is amazing women who advocates for growing sustainable as well as being one of the few people left to grow true Dragonwell. Every batch is not finished until her husband hand rolls the tea with passion. Mrs. Li has not only been featured in different articles but is a well recognized around the world and highly appreciated within her community.
