Thompson & Morgan Thompson & Morgan Phlox Paniculata Laura 9Cm Potted Plant X 2

Phlox paniculata ‘Laura’ is a particularly fine perennial variety, admired for its long flowering season and reliable garden performance. Large panicles of lilac-purple blooms, each with a starry white centre, are produced throughout summer, filling borders with colour and fragrance. The tall, upright stems make superb cut flowers, bringing both beauty and scent to bouquets. Resistant to mildew and attractive to pollinators, this clump-forming perennial is perfect for cottage gardens and traditional borders, where it can be grown in drifts for maximum effect. With a height and spread of 90cm (36"), it offers a strong vertical presence as well as prolonged summer colour. Growing Instructions Plant in fertile, moist, well-drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Incorporate plenty of well-rotted manure or compost at planting. Water and feed regularly during dry periods until established. After flowering, lightly shear stems to encourage fresh new growth.
