Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 Plus is a universal water-based primer, sealer and stain killer in one. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It has excellent stain blocking power, which means it can block water soluble stains and also seal oil soluble stains. It can also be applied over water and smoke stains. The adhesion is excellent on all types of surfaces. It has utra low VOC content and dries in just 30 minutes. Application is by brush, roller or spray. Coverage is up to 10sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable in 1 hour.
