Narcissus 'Golden Dawn' is a charming Tazetta daffodil that produces multiple rounded blooms on each stem. The canary-yellow flowers feature contrasting dark orange cups and a sweet fragrance, creating a bright and colourful spring display. How to Grow Plant Narcissus 'Golden Dawn' bulbs in any moist, well-drained soil in full sun or semi shade. Plant the bulbs approximately 10cm (4") deep and 10cm (4") apart. For the best effect, plant them in groups or drifts through borders and informal areas of grass. For a natural-looking display, scatter the bulbs across the planting area and plant them where they land. Daffodils can also be grown indoors in containers of bulb fibre. Place containers in a cool, dark and well-ventilated position at a maximum temperature of 10°C (50°F), watering sparingly to keep the compost moist. Once the growing shoots reach approximately 10cm (4") tall, move the containers to a cool, bright position indoors at around 16°C (60°F). After flowering, allow the foliage to die back naturally before removing it in June or July. This helps feed the bulb for the following year's flowers.
